Warnings/Precautions Do not take Diflucan in case you are taking cisapride (Propulsid) because the combination of cisapride (Propulsid) and Diflucan may cause very serious heart problems which may even be fatal. Short exposure at a temperature up to 104°F (40°C) will not affect the medicine. Do not let them freeze. Overdose Immediately search for medical help if you suspect an overdose. An overdose of Diflucan may be signaled by the following symptoms: confusion, hallucinations, paranoia, decreased movement, decreased breathing, tearing eyes, drooling, urinary incontinence, seizures, and death.
